Centrally located in Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada, the Atlantic Microarray Facility (AMF) provides a full range of genomic products and services. The Facility was founded to provide a high quality microarray services to investigators. We have developed a comprehensive program which will take the investigator through the microarray process, step-by-step, and give the investigator the requisite experience to analyze and interpret microarray data. We produce and analyze spotted microarrays, and offer 38K Human Oligo microarray slide (19K oligonucleotides, 38K spots) and customized microarray slides.

The full service Facility provides custom spotted DNA microarrays, associated protocols and expertise to investigators from various fields. The Facility also provides an informatics resource associated with the arrays and the data obtained from them.
